    • 2. Non-combustible or flame retardant materials should be used for special booth construction. It is strictly forbidden to use the ordinary splint or the splint coated with fire-retardant paint for special decorations. The venue security department will check when the construction materials move into the scene. For construction unit that uses fake fireproof materials for decoration, the Expo reserves the final right to refuse its entry. "One-vote veto" system is implemented for fire safety.

During the exhibition period, small scale "repairing" painting of construction materials and exhibits can be carried out, provided that necessary safety precautions must be taken.
    • 3. The vertical projection of the booth must not exceed the range of reserved space. If the same exhibiting company uses multiple booths, and all the booths have public passages in the middle, they must not cross the passage or build a second-floor aisle during design.
    • 4. The booth design should adopt a simple structure and use environmentally friendly materials that can be used repeatedly. The side wall of each booth passageway shall be made of translucent material or window, rather than a fully enclosed wall. If the booth is in the form of full enclosure, the main passage with a straight line distance of more than 15m must be opened to ensure fire safety.
    • 5. The height of all booths must not exceed 6m (the ground floor and the corridor exhibition area must not exceed 3m). In addition to the basement exhibition area, double-decker is allowed for booth larger than 90m2. The construction area of the second floor booth is limited to 30% of the area of the first floor booth, and the design height must follow the regulations specified by the operator.
    • 6. The load-bearing structure of a double-decker must be calculated and verified by qualified design units. The bearing capacity of the second floor booth should be in the range of 500 to 400 kg/m2. The second floor booth is limited to negotiation or rest. The main purpose of placing exhibits is to strictly control the number of people staying in the second floor booth.
    • 7. The second floor booth should be covered by lightweight materials and semi-transparent design (or window design) to ensure the air quality in the booth. The handrail of the booth shall not be lower than 1.5 meters. The handrail surface of the railing should be curved to prevent the misplaced items from slipping off the railing.
    • 8. For erection of a double-decker, the first floor must have its own 6kg automatic spray dry powder fire extinguisher, one for every 20m2. In the booth above the door and on the second floor stairway, a luminous "safe exit" evacuation sign must be installed and sufficient emergency lighting fixtures should be installed in the booth. When constructing a double-decker with an upper floor area of more than 100m2, at least two stairway evacuation openings must be provided.
  • Power supply service rules

    • 1. The power supply standard of the Expo is TN-S system, 50 Hz.
    • 2. For standard booths, the exhibitors are not allowed to use their own lamps. There shall not be any high-power electric equipment such as electric kettles, electric irons, induction cookers, etc. If you really need to use such devices, please apply for a separate electricity boxes.
    • 3. If the special booth erection involves electrical installation, the construction unit must have electrical installation qualification. The electrician must hold a valid operation certificate issued by the National Technical Supervision Department, and apply for the certificate registration at the construction permit handling point with the above-mentioned valid certificate. The electrician must carry valid operation certificate to do the job, otherwise he/she is not allowed to enter the construction.
    • 4. Special contractors engaged by exhibitors must follow the "Regulations on Electrical Equipment Installations in Guangzhou". The selected electrical materials and facilities must comply with the National Compulsory Product Certification (3C) standards and fire safety requirements. The safe and reliable air circuit breaker and 30MA (operating time less than 0.1S) leakage protector must be set in the booth distribution switch box. The wire shall be ZR-BVV (resistance to flame retardant double-plastic copper core wire) and sheathed wire that have been inspected by the public security fire department. Stranded wire (electric cord) and aluminum core wire are prohibited.
    • 5. For circuit design, the single-phase loop must not exceed 1000W. If it exceeds 1000W, the three-phase power supply design shall be adopted to balance the distribution of power load. Each electrical circuit must have a dedicated protective ground wire (using a copper wire of not less than 2.5mm2) and connected to any metal object that may be in contact with the leakage.
    • 6. Lighting and mechanical power should be connected separately. Sub-switch graded protection shall be adopted for non-mechanical power with a three-phase load exceeding 20A. For single-phase loads exceeding 16A, a three-phase power supply design should be used, and the booth's load shall be evenly distributed among the three phases. The protection setting value of the main switch of the booth shall be lower than or equal to 80% of the protection setting value of the fixed power box of the exhibition hall.
